Qualifications - Histórico comprovado liderando e desenvolvendo engenheiros de software; - Vivência anterior como desenvolvedor em empresas de tecnologia com produtos complexos, preferencialmente Fintechs, Bancos ou Meios de Pagamento; - Capacidade de conectar métricas técnicas com indicadores de negócio (Ex: conversão, CAC, LTV); - Excelente comunicação para navegar entre áreas técnicas e de negócios, conseguindo alinhar interesses conflitantes; - Experiência na implementação de motores de regras/risco e integrações com fornecedores de dados (bureaus, biometria); - Vivência em ambientes de rápido crescimento (scale-ups); Requirements - Conhecimento em machine learning e engenharia de dados é um plus para dialogar com os times técnicos sobre arquitetura e modelos de ML; - Entendimento funcional sobre fluxos de Onboarding (KYC), Autenticação, Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro (PLD) ou Prevenção a Fraudes.
