Role Description Buscamos un/a Responsable Administrativo-Financiero/a con experiencia sólida en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central para apoyar al CEO y al equipo directivo en la gestión del back office de la compañía. Es una posición 100% remota, part-time, ideal para una persona autónoma, organizada, bilingüe en inglés y español, con experiencia en contabilidad, administración y operaciones financieras de empresas estadounidenses. La persona seleccionada será responsable de ordenar y ejecutar procesos administrativos, contables, financieros y de compliance. Trabajará directamente con el CEO y tendrá un rol clave en el seguimiento diario de la operación, la gestión documental, el control de información financiera y la coordinación con proveedores externos. Buscamos a alguien hands-on, confiable y orientado/a al detalle, con criterio para priorizar, proponer mejoras y manejar información confidencial de forma profesional. Responsibilities - Gestionar la contabilidad diaria y el bookkeeping en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, incluyendo facturas, cuentas por pagar/cobrar, conciliaciones bancarias y apoyo en cierres mensuales. - Dar seguimiento al cashflow, pagos, transferencias, gastos recurrentes y previsiones de tesorería. - Coordinar procesos administrativos de RRHH, como payroll con proveedores externos, onboarding, gastos, beneficios y documentación laboral. - Gestionar contratos, NDAs, pólizas, licencias, renovaciones, archivo digital y documentación corporativa. - Coordinar con asesores externos en temas fiscales, legales, de RRHH, seguros, bancos y compliance en EE. UU. - Preparar reportes administrativos y financieros para dirección, apoyándose en Business Central, Excel, Power BI u otras herramientas de Microsoft. - Mantener actualizados procesos, calendarios de compliance, políticas internas y documentación en SharePoint/OneDrive. - Brindar soporte administrativo directo al CEO y colaborar con líderes de área en seguimiento de acuerdos, reportes y tareas operativas. Qualifications - Más de 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad, bookkeeping, administración financiera o roles similares. - Experiencia sólida y demostrable usando Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por pagar/cobrar, facturación, cashflow y cierres contables. - Inglés y español profesional, tanto oral como escrito. - Experiencia trabajando con empresas de Estados Unidos o en entornos administrativos/financieros estadounidenses. - Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas de Microsoft 365. - Alta autonomía, organización, atención al detalle y confidencialidad. Preferred Qualifications - Conocimiento de sales tax, payroll, compliance, seguros corporativos o trámites administrativos en EE. Role Description Student Success Coaches serve as academic mentors, coaches, advisors, and ultimately are champions focused on the success of their students. Academic Coaches partner with students throughout the life of their academic program. They do not teach courses or competencies; rather they serve as students’ primary source of support to ensure each student is making meaningful progress in their program. Academic Coaches work weekly with their assigned students in overcoming learning obstacles and understanding program expectations. They partner closely with Faculty in the academic program to ensure each and every student is receiving the support and academic engagement required for success. Coaches reflect commitment to their students’ success in their daily work and maintain a deep personal interest and involvement in their students’ academic progress. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a service-oriented environment, teaching or university setting. - Must have a strong commitment to education and have the counseling or coaching skills required to effectively keep Competency Based Education (CBE) students on track. - Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. - Strong problem solving and time management skills. - Ability to multi-task. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. - Ability to successfully resolve student issues from request through resolution. - Effectively work with multiple databases and student platforms. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with integrated technology systems and tools. - Skilled at connecting and building rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. - Creative & innovative, able to work independently and in a team environment. - Self-starter. - Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations. - Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology a plus.
