• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives that support business and revenue objectives. • Develop annual and quarterly plans for assigned marketing programs and initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, sales, product, operations, legal, and external partners. • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. • Manage project priorities and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, client events, webinars, and internal events, in partnership with Sales Operations. • Manage vendors, logistics, promotional materials, and event-related communications. • Partner with sales leadership to maximize event effectiveness and follow-up activities. • Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing and sales collateral. • Ensure sales teams have access to current, effective, and brand-compliant resources. • Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, and other channels. • Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- The Senior Manager, Marketing, is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of key marketing initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
- This role oversees sales enablement resources, B2B campaign execution, brand management, tradeshows and events, social media, creative development, and marketing operations while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- This position serves as a critical operational leader within the marketing organization, partnering closely with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership.

• Own and manage the social media content calendar for Element451 and Enrollify across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Create and schedule content aligned to brand voice, campaigns, and editorial priorities • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to surface content opportunities and fulfill ad-hoc social requests • Conduct proactive social media monitoring — engage with relevant conversations, reshare community content, and flag trends • Partner with designers to develop social creative assets, managing briefs and feedback cycles • Manage the Pulse Check series end-to-end: source and vet guest hosts, coordinate scheduling, and maintain the episode calendar • Support guest sourcing for two flagship shows — In Your Element and Higher Intelligence • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and guests: handle outreach, logistics, scheduling, and prep communication • Keep Enrollify show pages and episode listings on the website up to date • Build and send the weekly curated content newsletter
