Stake
• Lead the team responsible for building and scaling Stake's payments capabilities • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance • Define how customers fund, move and access their money across Stake • Shape technical, operational and cultural foundations that support Stake's next growth phase • Improve reliability, scalability and operational resilience of Stake's payments platform • Build trusted partnerships across various teams and contribute to broader engineering strategy
Job Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Strong technical judgement and ability to navigate architecture, platform and operational decisions
- Experience with payment processors, banking integrations, reconciliation systems or money movement infrastructure
- Experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems
- Experience working closely with risk, compliance, fraud or operational teams
- Experience managing complex third-party integrations, vendors or platform partnerships
- Experience helping scale engineering organizations through periods of significant growth
