• Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts • Monitor and oversee MAS support tickets, including routing and escalation • Create, disable, or modify Accela platform user accounts and permissions • Support service pack and release testing • Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing for major releases • Escalate advanced troubleshooting items when needed • Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations • Develop and adjust fee calculations • Configure and resolve urgent system issues • Create and update reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports) • Implement advanced scripting and automation for existing configurations

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
  • High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and self-driven
  • Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
  • Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration
  • Experience supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems

Role Description Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors, who will work virtually from the comfort of their home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs just before they begin working on one of our virtual call center client programs. - Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work. - Complete research and/or training necessary to thoroughly understand the client’s business and project requirements. - Meet with clients to determine preparation needs. - Review and modify project documentation provided by client to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames. - Develop virtual preparation materials based on this documentation, with guidance from Director of Agent Development. - Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing specific project/client information as well as general Working Solutions procedural information. - Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large and/or ongoing projects. - Assist with agent scheduling when first starting new projects to ensure better retention of information and greater success rates of agents. - Provide additional preparation for active PROs as needed to help them succeed on projects. - Respond to preparation-related PRO questions as needed; provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments when appropriate. - Document and implement programs, processes, and procedures as needed. - Provide results reporting to Working Solutions management and/or client as requested.
