As a Solutions Consultant - Warehouse & ERP, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge warehouse management solutions using our innovative data collection software for NetSuite ERP. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of optimizing warehouse operations, this role is for you! - Design & Deliver: Create tailored warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on areas like receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production. - Consult & Advise: Be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping. - Train & Support: Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support, ensuring customers are confident and successful post-Go Live. - Travel: Averages at 30%. - Hit Billable Targets: Manage your time effectively to meet billable targets, contributing to the success and profitability of the business. - Problem-Solve: Tackle customer issues head-on, whether through the NetSuite ERP or RF-SMART software, and find innovative solutions. - Enhance & Innovate: Communicate customer feedback and suggest enhancements to our development team, ensuring our product continually evolves. - Stay Organized: Keep all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized and on track in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience. - Experience in warehouse operations or in-depth knowledge with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus. - You’re a clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, whether in person or through web demos. - Strategic and problem-solving mindset: You are curious to understand the full picture or problem before jumping to conclusions and are open to uncovering other opportunities for training or helping the customer beyond the problem they come to you about. - Experience with AI platforms is desirable. Role Description Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors, who will work virtually from the comfort of their home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs just before they begin working on one of our virtual call center client programs. - Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work. - Complete research and/or training necessary to thoroughly understand the client’s business and project requirements. - Meet with clients to determine preparation needs. - Review and modify project documentation provided by client to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames. - Develop virtual preparation materials based on this documentation, with guidance from Director of Agent Development. - Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing specific project/client information as well as general Working Solutions procedural information. - Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large and/or ongoing projects. - Assist with agent scheduling when first starting new projects to ensure better retention of information and greater success rates of agents. - Provide additional preparation for active PROs as needed to help them succeed on projects. - Respond to preparation-related PRO questions as needed; provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments when appropriate. - Document and implement programs, processes, and procedures as needed. - Provide results reporting to Working Solutions management and/or client as requested. Qualifications - Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment. - All Instructors possess a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education. - Teaching experience is essential – experience teaching children and creating curriculum is preferred. - Excellent communication skills are crucial for motivating learning. - Ability to work independently and stay organized while working from home. - Ability to prioritize and multitask without sacrificing accuracy or quality. - Excellent computer skills; openness to learning new teaching tools and programs quickly. - Willingness to have fun, be creative, and inspire learning. - Education degree preferred, not required. - 3-5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience. - Knowledge of call center processes and techniques is a huge plus.
