The Senior Manager of Quality Programs is responsible for designing, leading, and scaling quality programs across the product lifecycle-from design and supplier onboarding through manufacturing, market release, and post-market surveillance. This role partners closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded into processes, not inspected in after the fact. This leader will manage complex, cross-functional programs, translate quality strategy into execution, and drive measurable improvements in product performance, compliance, and consumer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Quality Program Leadership Own and lead enterprise-wide quality programs (e.g., risk management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives). Translate quality strategy into scalable programs, tools, and governance models. Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor program effectiveness and drive accountability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to embed quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field. 8-12+ years of experience in quality, operations, or program management within consumer goods, manufacturing, or a regulated product environment. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional quality programs. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills. Preferred Master's degree or MBA. Quality certifications (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor). Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners. Demonstrated success driving cultural change around quality.
