• Lead onboarding and roll‑outs for new customers, ensuring a smooth implementation. • Deliver training and product updates to drive adoption and usage. • Run workshops on use cases and best practices with customers and our technical team. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as their strategic partner. • Gather customer needs and collaborate with Product to resolve issues and influence the roadmap. • Monitor customer health, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and support renewals. • Help improve customer support processes and define key customer success metrics. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing by providing product and customer insight. • Travel occasionally to meet customers and teammates (including visits to our Valencia office). • Contribute to AI strategy, adoption and initiatives.

• Lead the remote sensing and geospatial analytics component of the Texas Conservation & Sustainability Initiative (TCSI)-monitoring, measuring, reporting and verification (MMRV) component of the project and is expected to use their expertise on remote sensing and AI to develop MMRV tools for assessing conservation outcomes using the huge amount of data generated from this project • Work on the synthesis, integration, and analysis of large datasets obtained from remote sensing platforms such as Satellite imagery, online databases, and ground sensors and develop pipelines for multi-source data integration systems in agriculture • Publish peer-reviewed papers and support grant writing • Support projects on the development of digital twin systems, models, and user interfaces for visualizations, mapping, predictions, and prescriptions • Mentor graduate students learning to conduct geospatial science/engineering, remote sensing • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Conduct geospatial analysis using satellite imagery, GIS datasets, and open-source information. • Perform feature extraction, digitization, and data collection within ArcGIS Pro and enterprise geodatabases. • Analyze temporal imagery to identify changes, patterns, and activity indicators. • Research and compile Publicly Available Information (PAI) from authoritative government, commercial, media, and academic sources. • Integrate imagery analysis, GIS data, and PAI into concise analytical assessments. • Produce maps, graphics, presentations, and written reports for customer delivery. • Support rapid-response taskings with deadlines ranging from 24–72 hours. • Maintain data quality standards and perform quality assurance reviews on analytical products. • Collaborate with project managers and senior analysts to refine methodologies and meet mission objectives. • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, templates, and analytical best practices.

Role Description Provide mapping and cartographic analysis in support of infrastructure department. Work as a team member on projects encompassing company goals and government requirements. Responsible for maintaining and supporting company mapping providing asset tracking. Ability to aid in ArcGIS Enterprise maintenance. - Utilize various GIS programs, extensions and tools to provide necessary analysis as requested. - Create web apps and web maps based on data from ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Portal. - Aid in ArcGIS Enterprise Maintenance including database management and management of ArcGIS Portal. - Use ArcGIS modelbuilder, python, or like tools to automate processes. - Create processes and analysis to increase efficiency of data transfer, representation, and analysis. - Conduct research, create/convert GIS data, maps, reports, charts, and other cartographic displays as needed. - Update and analyze engineering model input data for network expansion. - Support tower construction and buildout comprehensive studies with internal staff and outside consultants. - Assist with tower management of the vertical assets through GIS and BillMax software. - Help coordinate FCC reporting and executive meetings and presentations. - Review and coordinate public and executive information requests sent to this section. - Map and maintain Company Current and Planned two to ten-year projects. - Map and track RF engineering study submissions and evaluate for coverage. - Perform research for various planning and wholesale inquiries. - Attend company meetings related to planned and ongoing projects. - Provide support and information to development community inquiries, other divisions, departments and outside entities. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Strong working knowledge of QGIS, Google Earth, Excel, Word and Outlook. - Experience using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Portal to manage, edit, share, and present information. - Experience working in and managing an ArcGIS Enterprise environment including ArcGIS Portal. - A self-starter with ability to work with little to no supervision. - Ability to receive complex problems and develop methods, data, and analysis to answer these questions. - Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and adapts easily to change. - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative in style. - Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. - Professionalism and ability to work with other department managers and supervisors. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports and metrics. - Ability to use initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Requirements - 2+ years experience GIS Mapping specialist or similar role. - 1+ years of working in an ArcGIS Enterprise Environment. - Experience working with metrics and KPI’s.
