Role Description Oracle Health Platform Engineering builds core platform capabilities that enable Oracle Health teams to deliver secure, scalable, highly available services. We operate with an AI-first engineering culture—engineers are expected to use AI-assisted approaches to accelerate delivery and improve quality across system design, coding, testing, documentation, and operations. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and operate backend services and platform components that improve developer productivity and strengthen platform security and reliability. Qualifications - BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C#, Go, Python) and experience building REST and/or gRPC services. - Working knowledge of data stores (RDBMS and/or NoSQL) and distributed systems fundamentals. - Experience with modern engineering practices: source control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines. • Design, develop, test, and maintain integration features within the .NET-based Services Center, including service connectors, data transformation pipelines, and vendor-facing APIs. • Write clean, well-tested C# code and contribute thoughtful peer code reviews. • Build and maintain efficient SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models, with emphasis on the mapping and transformation schemas that underpin vendor integrations. • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party vendors by interpreting vendor specifications and ensuring accurate bidirectional data exchange. • Diagnose and resolve defects across various environments. • Partner with senior engineers on integration design and architecture; contribute ideas on reliability, retry patterns, error handling, and observability for non-interactive services. • Contribute to documentation (including integration specs and data mapping references), automated testing, and continuous improvement of the engineering process.

• Architect & Code: design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Golang and PostgreSQL. • Bridge the Stack: contribute to frontend architecture using React, ensuring seamless state management and component-driven design. • Innovate with AI: integrate AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot and Cursor) into your daily workflow, using agentic concepts to break down complex architectural goals into actionable AI prompts. • Implement Real-Time Tech: utilize high-performance communication protocols (gRPC, WebRTC) for seamless, real-time data flow. • Ensure Quality First: write, modify, and manage complex test suites using Jest to maintain a highly automated, resilient test environment. • Collaborate Globally: work closely with cross-functional, international teams (mobile, QA, product) to deliver end-to-end, high-impact solutions.
