Swag Designer
STADIUM
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Stadium platform, design tools, and swag production process. • Act as a creative partner to customers and internal teams, helping transform ideas into visual collections that meet brand standards and project goals. • Lead and manage the swag design process from intake through delivery, including interpreting client briefs, creating mock-ups, and preparing files for production. • Guide customers through design decisions and communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify creative direction and manage feedback. • Continuously improve, automate, and streamline design workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability. • Provide quality control for all design outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. • Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and swag production innovations. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Uploaders, and Vendors. • Contribute to the growth and development of the design team, with potential to take on leadership responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Strong design background with 2+ years in graphic, product, or fashion design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with product decoration methods (embroidery, screen print, digital print, etc) a plus.
- Customer-facing experience or comfort, with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and professionally.
- An automation-first mindset with a passion for improving processes and creating efficiencies.
- Experience or desire to lead teams and mentor others.
- Solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.
- A fun, approachable personality and a collaborative spirit.
- English fluency (additional languages a plus).
