Job Description

People Analytics Solutions Consultant

One Model

Role Description We are hiring a People Analytics Solutions Consultant—a role designed for an experienced People Analytics leader who has managed or helped lead an internal People Analytics function and is excited to bring that expertise to a broader set of organizations. This is not a technical pre-sales engineering role. It is a practitioner-led, consultative role focused on helping prospects envision what great People Analytics can look like. - Interact with senior HR and People Analytics leaders at prospective buyer organizations. - Use discovery information to understand workforce challenges, stakeholder priorities, and organizational context. - Bring an internal consulting mindset to help prospects clarify needs and define high-impact analytics use cases. - Design and deliver tailored platform demonstrations that connect directly to executive decision-making. - Translate One Model’s capabilities into compelling stories about what People Analytics can enable. - Partner with Account Executives on RFPs and strategic opportunities. - Serve as a credible People Analytics voice—helping customers see a path from data to action. Qualifications - Experience managing or leading People Analytics work in an HR environment. - Support senior HR stakeholders and business leaders with consultative analytics. - Translate ambiguous workforce questions into clear analytical approaches. - Drive adoption and impact—not just producing dashboards or reports. - Help shape the People Analytics function as a strategic partner to the organization. Requirements - Located in the Pacific or Mountain US time zones. - Proven ability to lead through expert influence rather than formal hierarchy. - Skilled at workforce storytelling and framing insights for action. - Energized by customer-facing conversations and problem-solving. - Passionate about advancing the People Analytics field through technology. Benefits - Fostering a friendly, inclusive, respectful workplace culture. - Supporting flexible work options such as remote work and flexible start-finish times. - Coaching and development through our "Growing Together" conversations. - Generous compensation and benefits. - Professional mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program. Company Description At One Model we pride ourselves on our supportive and inclusive work environment and are confident that you will feel included here regardless of your demographic. We see the value of having a diverse workforce, which is why we encourage you to apply for the role even if you don't think you're a 'perfect fit'. Base Salary Range: $130,000 — $150,000 USD
