• Own our events program • Develop our events strategy, with a focus on industry trade shows and conferences as a primary channel for qualified lead generation • Drive high-quality engagement at every event • Orchestrate pre-event communications • Drive post-event follow-up • Track, gather, and report event metrics • Coordinate on-site event support and logistics for conferences • Support the planning and execution of SafelyYou-owned events • Manage event agency and vendor procurement • Assist HR on logistics for company meetings and internal team-building initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years as an Events Manager, Experiential Marketing Manager, or similar role in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record driving lead generation and pipeline impact through B2B trade shows and conferences
  • Experience managing a wide range of event formats: in-person conferences, virtual meetings, hybrid events, customer workshops, and company retreats
  • Senior living industry experience a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B and technology events
  • Proficient with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com or similar project management tools, Salesforce, and Slack

Role Description As a Field and Event Marketer at Pogo, you'll own conferences, dinners, and IRL events as core B2B channels.
