Virtual Event Producer   Remote (US Only) Part time   Job Description What You'll Do Produce Events (70%) - Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production - Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform - Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise - Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events - Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording - Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings Operational Support (30%) - Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs - Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines What Success Looks Like First 90 Days: - Effectively producing client events while maintaining a high level of professionalism. - Participating in internal conversations about product improvement, operations, and client satisfaction.
