• Provide high-level, remote subject matter expertise to the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Safeguards Technology (NA-241). • Conduct advanced technical assessments and support interagency frameworks. • Ensure programmatic decisions align with the technical realities of the nuclear fuel cycle and international commitments. • Support the SGTech team in formulating responses to inquiries from the IAEA. • Advise on emerging technologies and participate in technology demonstrations by lab teams to the IAEA. • Support the SGTech Program Director in identifying suitable R&D topics and advise on the International Target Values (ITVs) for NDA techniques. • Identify technologies that could flow from NA-22 to NA-241 and support Project Carousel technology R&D projects.

• Transition clients onto Thrive managed services • Investigate customer project needs by working with account managers to understand project success criteria and technical requirements • Lead projects by assigning tasks to Engineers and communicating statuses to customers through status update emails and meetings • Ownership of the entire project life cycle • Work with the Account team to properly understand client account balance and invoicing needs • Effectively communicate with client technical and non-technical staff by creating digestible project plans that organize tasks into appropriate phases • Completing Project Coordinator tasks when needed • Collaborate with customers and initialize the service order • Convert orders to projects/tasks/change requests for quick execution • Send and receive requests for information (User Roster, Equipment/Application Inventory, Credentials) • Transition new clients to the Project Delivery team (Project Managers and Deployment Engineers) • Work with an Onboarding Consultant to research and confirm the project scope and service inclusions

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Zeta Data Cloud Identity Graph, attributes, and signals to support audience curation and data-related inquiries • Confidently demo Zeta’s Opportunity Explorer solutions both internally and externally to showcase how we can help brands acquire, grow and retain customers. • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor for clients and client account teams, providing consultative guidance and actionable recommendations on leveraging Zeta Data Cloud solutions to achieve business objectives. • Identify strategic opportunities from Data Cloud Intelligence solutions and present actionable findings to client stakeholders during intelligence readouts. • Offer strategic recommendations during RFP responses, identifying creative applications of Zeta’s identity, intelligence, activation and measurement solutions to differentiate client proposals. • Train client account teams on how to leverage Data Cloud Intelligence solutions, enhancing client teams' ability to independently utilize platform features • Audit and maintain client accounts, verifying that all requested solutions are accurately loaded and active. • Capture client needs and feedback that align with the Zeta product roadmap, acting as a liaison between client teams and Zeta’s Product team. • Advocate for client-driven enhancements, ensuring client needs are communicated clearly to influence future platform developments
