Role Description The Chief of Staff/Lead Director, Strategic Planning will serve as a key member of the Medicaid Care Management leadership team, and strategic planner for the VP of Medicaid Clinical Care Delivery. The incumbent will represent the team and its leadership by either leading or participating in cross functional, cross business or enterprise initiatives independently. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience functioning in Director or Sr Director level role, responsible for making decisions with large scale impact to the dept or organization. - 10+ years of experience managing cross functional initiatives with a high degree of complexity. - Proven ability to deliver results in complex/fast paced environment with senior and executive leader quality and professionalism. - Proven ability to lead planning initiatives to develop and support business goals, organizational design, and successfully execute on corporate projects/initiatives. - Proven ability to work with complex operations structures to ensure goal scorecards are completed timely each quarter. - Ability to informally lead Sr Leaders to execute on goals and deliver results, while ensuring misses have a clear mitigation plan. - Proven ability to work with multiple and complex reporting systems/structures, represent the team and its leadership by delivering high quality, timely senior management reports. - Proven ability to analyze report data and work with impacted area to develop, communicate and monitor mitigation plans. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment to partner with our HR team to facilitate talent review sessions. - Proven ability to regularly report on talent mobility and ensure alignment to the talent goals of Aetna Clinical Services. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality communications, presentations, responses and analysis of a wide range of requests. - Proven examples of the ability to model professional behaviors that are consistent with representing a VP. - Proven ability to lead the development and deployment of communications and presentations from the VP to the Organization, Department and to Executive Leadership partners. - Has demonstrated the ability to maintain and deliver consolidated, monthly view of open regulatory audits, open internal audits, significant regulatory inquiries and remediation/mitigation plans for detected compliance issues. - Has demonstrated skills to lead our senior team through annual goal and operations planning and year-round monitoring and report out. - Must be able to lead meetings by being prepared, professional, with excellent communication skills. - Lead monthly staff meetings, Sr Leader meetings, town-halls and other meetings as requested. - Facilitate coordination of Colleague Experience programs including colleague survey action planning. - May lead a team of project management talent. - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with QuickBase development/build vs only end user experience. - Advanced written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced experience in collecting and analyzing data. Requirements - Experience with project management by running projects, working with or leading project managers. - Understanding of PMBOK methodologies. - Understanding of and experience with Program Design and Process Improvement methodologies. - Understanding and experience with business budgeting and forecasting - working with Finance partners. - Bachelor’s Degree Required. - Master's degree preferred. - Advanced degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Operations, Management, or other similar areas. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Role Description The Chief Programs Officer (CPO) serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of all of WLA's programmatic work (including water, wildlife, forest and range, conservation finance, and public policy).
