Role Description Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic reproductive/fertility nurse based in Europe to support our members through virtual care services. As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to meet with members across the world, expanding access to high-quality reproductive healthcare through scalable virtual support. You will be joining a curated global provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, working together to deliver holistic, high-value care. What You'll Do: - Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 15-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging covering: - The fertility journey, including fertility assessments, investigations, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) - Possible causes of infertility (including PCOS, endometriosis, anovulation, male factor infertility) - Guidance on questions to raise with NHS or private fertility specialists (e.g., Reproductive Medicine Consultants) - Advice on choosing appropriate fertility clinics and understanding treatment pathways (NHS and private options) - Document encounter summaries in our secure practice management system, MPractice - Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure members receive appropriate follow-up care and referrals within their local healthcare system - Act as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, delivering culturally sensitive, evidence-based support and championing improved outcomes for women and families globally Qualifications - Hold current professional nursing registration in the UK (NMC) and/or an equivalent recognised nursing registration in Europe, as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent advanced practice qualification (e.g., MSc-level advanced clinical practice) - Based in Europe - Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) - In good standing with your relevant regulatory body, with no history of serious disciplinary action, fitness-to-practise concerns, or restriction of practice - Able to provide direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week (part-time, independent contractor role) - Minimum of 3+ years post-registration clinical experience as an independently practicing nurse or advanced practitioner - At least 3+ years of experience in telehealth, digital health, or remote patient care delivery - Strong interest and/or clinical experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or fertility care - Comfortable delivering patient-centred care through digital platforms and asynchronous communication Opportunity Highlights: - Flexibility: Meet with members virtually, when and where it’s convenient for you. - Expand your practice: Supplement your regular practice through Maven’s proprietary, secure telehealth platform: - Provide care via video and private messaging - Participate in unique opportunities, e.g. moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, writing or reviewing educational articles - In-person referrals to your practice - Training & events: Optional participation in Maven sponsored lectures, panels, and/or other speaking opportunities as needed Benefits - The opportunity to connect with 30+ specialty types - A support system, including a Care Support Team, to answer your questions, handle paperwork, manage referrals and ensure continuity of care - The opportunity to serve Maven members around the globe, with language and care matching services - Membership in a world-class network of health and clinical experts across fields - We seek and embrace experts from all backgrounds, cultures, and communities to mirror and better care for our ever-growing member base.
