• Manage and plan the product backlog, setting priorities based on business objectives and customer needs, taking quarter planning into account; • Create and write initiatives, epics and stories, eliciting, documenting and detailing functional requirements and business rules related to insurance, including auto insurance; • Conduct backlog refinement sessions with the technical team; • Provide partial status updates for initiative deliveries; • Coordinate and align with external partners; • Work on integrations via APIs and insurers' digital ecosystems; • Support the development of new products and initiatives related to digital services, including solutions focused on mobility, customer experiences and financial services.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Senior or Specialist Product Owner;
- Knowledge of the insurance market and insurtechs;
- Knowledge of automotive insurance products, including coverage, pricing and claims management;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
- Experience in digital product management;
- Knowledge of data analysis and defining product metrics;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro or similar;
- Experience in backlog definition, prioritization and writing user stories;
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
