• Develop and deliver software requirement specifications by interpreting clinical study documents such as protocols, imaging charters, and procedural documents • Translate complex scientific, medical, and therapeutic criteria into clear, actionable software requirements • Gather, document, and manage requirements to ensure accurate mapping to study and system needs • Coordinate and lead requirement reviews with scientific teams, project teams, and stakeholders • Maintain organized documentation for study-specific software configurations and deliverables • Support development and validation teams by clarifying requirements and assisting with testing, deployment, and issue resolution • Partner with Medical & Scientific Affairs to ensure alignment between study documentation and software functionality • Contribute to product improvement by providing input on enhancements and participating in feature training • Collaborate with Clinical Project Management and Operations on timelines, scope changes, and study kick-offs • Ensure alignment of data capture, delivery, and database structures with Clinical Data Management requirements • Drive communication on risks, mitigations, and escalations while fostering strong stakeholder collaboration • Support creation and distribution of reports and operational updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in roles such as Medical Writing, Clinical Project Management, Business Analysis, or Clinical Data Management
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes; experience in medical imaging is preferred
- Experience developing configuration specifications or translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with software development lifecycle environments
- Strong ability to analyze complex information and translate it into structured requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
