Senior Operations, Analytics Manager

Movement Labs

• Help manage the performance, reliability, and accountability of high-volume messaging programs. • Build reporting systems that help understand messaging program performance. • Identify delivery or compliance risks before they become major issues. • Maintain source-of-truth analytics to aid decision-making. • Develop alerting that identifies operational risks in real-time. • Run post-incident reviews to identify root causes, lessons learned, and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Operations (BizOps / RevOps / CS) or analytics at a tech company, messaging & telecom company, or campaign or political organization.
  • Experience with AI-enabled development.
  • Experience with high-volume messaging, SMS, MMS, email, push, or similar communications channels.
  • Experience with BI tools, pulling data from APIs, SQL, or Python.
  • Experience in advocacy, politics, nonprofits, civic engagement, campaigns, or other high-volume communications environments.
  • Genuine commitment to the mission of stopping fascism and building progressive power, and comfort operating on a political calendar.

Benefits

  • Total compensation package equivalent to **$91,875 - $105,875** annualized.
  • Base salary of $85,000-$99,000
  • $5,000 end-of-cycle bonus

Role Description This position is on the Content Insights team which is part of the Global Digital Business team. The role reports to the Senior Manager of the Content Insights team which is responsible for providing market insights and a detailed view of the competitive landscape for the music industry. This role works closely with the Strategy team in delivering impactful market insights. You will be responsible for deploying and structuring local market analyses using a standardized framework, modeling data, and delivering clear, high-impact analyses and presentations for top management. The role requires both strong technical capabilities to maintain and enrich data models, and the ability to think critically, read between the lines, and propose innovative, efficiency-driven solutions that reflect the market.
