• Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touchpoints. • Translate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions. • Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and performance. • Balance short-term commercial needs with long-term platform sustainability, technical debt reduction, and architectural integrity. • Act as the primary decision-maker on product trade-offs, sequencing, and solution design in partnership with agencies. • Manage delivery with appropriate external teams and partners. • Partner closely with the eCommerce Director to convert trading priorities, campaign needs, and experience goals into clear product requirements; Build a Shopify-centric technology stack that enables the eCommerce team to deliver their goals. • Work with the Ecommerce team on the digital channel optimization workstream, directly inputting into the experimentation roadmap. • Work with Loyalty & Retention leadership to enable known-user experiences, personalization, lifecycle orchestration, and experimentation through shared product capabilities and integrations. • Collaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure feeds, tracking, attribution, and performance requirements are supported by the underlying platforms; own the Martech feed stack. • Collaborate with Brand Marketing on needs for the influencer, ambassador, and partnership workstreams, enabling operational capability over time. • Serve as the connective layer between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery confidence. • Directly manager and mentor the App & Data Product Manager, supporting roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management. • Establish consistent product discovery, delivery, and prioritization practices across digital product initiatives, giving a consistent process for sign-off, reviews, and development. • Support the long-term evolution of the digital product operating model as the organization scales. • Effectively manage timelines, output, and budgets with external partners across design and development. • Leverage workflow tooling to maintain a fully referenceable roadmap with live, visual tickets, enabling clarity across the team on project status. • Own prioritization of the digital product backlog in partnership with engineering and digital leadership. • Ensure high standards of delivery quality, platform performance, resilience, and security – particularly during peak trading periods. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across platforms and products before they impact commercial execution. • QA all releases before handing over to the eCommerce Manager for operational use • Champion platform observability and data-informed decision-making across digital products. • Define success metrics for digital product initiatives focused on enablement outcomes; Speed to market, reduction in manual effort, platform stability and scalability, and reusability of features and components. • Manage implementation with analytics and marketing teams to ensure robust, consistent event tracking and insight generation across web and app. • Use data to guide and challenge product prioritization and continuously improve platform effectiveness for commercial teams.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, platform product, or technical product roles, with at least 5 years of Shopify platform experience
  • Proven experience owning platform or capability roadmaps that support multiple business teams or channels.
  • Strong understanding of full digital product ecosystems (Shopify-centric preferred), including CMS, Martech, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Experience mentoring product managers.
  • Comfortable operating in highly cross-functional environments with complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to partner with engineering while representing commercial needs.
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with excellent communication and prioritization skills.
