Associate in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment . General Responsibilities: - Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to: - Recruitment - Perform end-to-end activities in the selection process: - Conducts phone screening - Does front desk administration by entering candidate information into Workday - Interviews candidates for entry-level positions - Administers language and online assessments - Conducts job offers and handles background checks of candidates - Coordinates with internal stakeholders for recruitment requirements and evaluate the recruitment process - Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events - Special Projects: Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization wide programs/events - People development: Discusses personal development plan with line manager and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle. - May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to subfunctions within HR - Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Basic Qualifications: - Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course - Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience. At least 6 months of experience hiring corporate positions is an advantage. - Must possess analytical skills and customer focus. - Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences - Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business need. - Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. - Please note that failure to attach your updated resume may result in your disqualification. - Must have appropriate paperwork to work in the Philippines. - Requisition is open under local terms. Preferred Qualifications - Certified Compensation Professional. - Experience with additional HR systems, integrations, or workflow tools. - Knowledge of compliance requirements related to employee data and recordkeeping. - Background in process improvement or workflow optimization. - HR or HRIS‑related certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, ADP Workforce Now certifications).
