Role Description Within the Healthcare industry in Argentina, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. Our client is a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions company headquartered in the USA. Due to the nature of the collaboration, candidates must be available to work US business hours until 3:30 PM EST. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives; - Drive Agile execution by facilitating delivery processes and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams; - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and executive-ready reporting; - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution; - Establish and maintain effective governance practices, including RAID logs, reporting, and decision tracking; - Oversee project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking; - Partner with functional leaders to manage resource allocation and capacity planning; - Ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within technology delivery environments; - Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple cross-functional dependencies; - Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); - Solid understanding of the SDLC and technology delivery processes; - Experience managing globally distributed teams and working in matrix organizations; - Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with executive leadership; - Proven experience in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management; - Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; - Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills; - Experience with resource and capacity planning; - Advanced English proficiency. Requirements - Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare / Commercial systems (e.g., Pricing, CRM, Revenue) and with enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, data/analytics); - Familiarity with Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) / SDLC governance; - PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification. Role Description As a Project Coordinator with Numerator Surveys, you’ll play an integral role in delivering the highest quality research and insights to our clients.
