Title: Part-Time Supervisor/Project Manager Location: Laurel, MD Job Description: Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking an experienced and organized Part-Time Hybrid Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee a grant-funded behavioral health program. This leadership role combines clinical supervision, program management, staff development, data oversight, grant reporting, and community collaboration. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with in-person meetings, supervision, and program activities as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting clinicians, driving program outcomes, and helping expand access to quality behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities and Duties - Supervise and support a team of six (6) grant-funded staff to ensure compliance with organizational policies, grant requirements, and program objectives. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the grant-funded program, ensuring timely implementation of services, achievement of project goals, and adherence to established timelines. - Provide weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly supervision through case consultation, documentation review, performance feedback, and clinical recommendations as appropriate. - Monitor staff productivity, service delivery, and program outcomes to ensure quality standards and grant deliverables are met. - Collect, track, analyze, and maintain program data and outcome measures required by funding sources and organizational leadership. - Prepare and submit program reports, performance metrics, and other documentation required by grant funders and stakeholders. - Attend and actively participate in grant-related meetings, stakeholder meetings, organizational meetings, and funder reviews as required. - Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews, including chart audits and program compliance monitoring. - Complete employee and/or contractor performance evaluations and implement corrective or disciplinary actions as necessary. - Participate in clinical staff meetings, supervision, training, professional development activities, and organizational initiatives as scheduled. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. - Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C license in good standing. - Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists or the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. - Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervision experience preferred. - Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure counseling or psychotherapy experience required. - Experience managing programs, projects, grant-funded initiatives, or multidisciplinary teams is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Office Suite, electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems, internet-based applications, and data management platforms. - Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Role Description As a Project Coordinator with Numerator Surveys, you’ll play an integral role in delivering the highest quality research and insights to our clients. You’ll be excited to work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with our pre-field and post-field execution teams, Research client services teams, other internal stakeholders, and/or Numerator clients to ensure excellent execution on all phases of a project while juggling multiple engagements. Shift Timings: India Late Evening Shift: 5:30 PM IST–2:30 AM IST Key Responsibilities - Responsible for executing on end-to-end operational management of all survey research projects, including questionnaire review and finalization, managing survey programming and deployment with our execution team, sample selection, quality control checks, field management, sample review and finalization, and data analysis and tabulation in conjunction with the execution and client services teams. - Act as the liaison between the Client Service teams (Research Managers & Survey Research Specialists), Consulting teams (Consultants & Analysts), Survey Operations teams (Pre-field, Post-field, Charting, etc.), and/or other Cross-Functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, etc.) in coordination, scheduling, timeliness, and final QC/delivery of assigned projects, ensuring that they are delivered with excellence. - Responsible for direct execution of templated studies and support for all custom work. - Responsible and accountable for maintaining Numerator’s superior quality standards at every stage of the project while managing against key timelines and working with our global operations teams. - Responsible for maintenance of all project specs and KPIs within our project management software for assigned projects, ensuring proper alerts and controls if a project may go out of scope. - Responsible for creative troubleshooting and proactive communication throughout the project cycle. - Assigned to internal initiatives that push Numerator survey forward in some capacity. - Handles increasingly complex projects based on experience level, including stakeholder communication throughout the field process.
