B2B Marketing Manager

• Build and develop the marketing communication strategy for the Polish market • Plan content and build the calendar of marketing activities and events • Organize webinars and offline events, from conferences to our own meetups for clients and HR partners • Run our social media, mainly LinkedIn (that's where a lot happens) • Create expert content: articles, newsletters, e-books and reports • Work with B2B marketing managers from other countries and swap ideas • Coordinate the performance and SEO agency: brief them, optimize, keep the quality high • Work closely with the design and UX team so everything looks and works great • Analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, test new approaches • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on joint initiatives, sales materials and case studies
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, with direct ownership of content, campaigns and events.
- Native or fluent Polish (C1+). You'll be creating content for the Polish market: articles, newsletters, social posts, event copy.
- Fluent English (B2+), written and spoken. It's our daily working language.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, MailerLite, Google Analytics and Figma.
- Proven experience organizing both online and offline events (webinars, conferences, meetups).
- Strong analytical skills: you can read campaign data, spot patterns and make independent calls.
- Active use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of your daily workflow, for content, research, analysis and reporting.
- Able to work on a B2B contract.
