• Define and execute portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth, market share expansion, and competitive differentiation. • Develop and execute multi‑year category strategies that optimize cost, quality, service, and risk. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Portfolio Managers and Analysts. • Build and manage preferred supplier programs, including negotiation of pricing, service levels, and contract terms. • Provide strategic direction for portfolio expansion through new supplier and product introductions supplier partnerships, line extensions, and entry into new and adjacent markets. • Lead end-to-end portfolio lifecycle governance, including supplier onboarding, product rationalization, lifecycle optimization, pricing strategy, mix management and portfolio health management. • Establish and oversee financial and operational performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve revenue, margin, inventory efficiency, and return on invested capital. • Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and emerging technology trends into clear portfolio priorities and actionable investment decisions. • Partner cross functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, E-commerce and Supply Chain leaders to align portfolio strategy with enterprise objectives and execution plans. • Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to enhance innovation, cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and long-term value creation. • Lead portfolio profitability strategy across product groups, including margin improvement initiatives, cost structure optimization, and value based pricing approaches. • Support client‑facing activities such as business reviews, proposals, and solution design. • Collaborate and partner with VWR Brand portfolio team to ensure completeness and competitiveness of the line. • Assess competitive and supplier innovation pipelines to anticipate customer needs and inform future portfolio direction. • Direct supplier consolidation and portfolio optimization initiatives, ensuring disciplined change management and clear internal and external communication, and desired financial outcomes. • Represent the portfolio with senior leadership through executive level presentations on market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, and strategic recommendations. • Maintain external market perspective through industry engagement, including participation in relevant trade shows and forums.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in business, or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of 8+ years of strategic marketing, product management, category management, sales or related experience required
  • Financial skills – to assess sales, profits, inventory investment, payment terms, return on sales, return on capital employed and EBITDA to improve financial performance
  • Communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with a diverse number of constituents including Senior Leadership, Suppliers, Internal Customers and External Customers
  • Exceptional analytical skills – ability to interpret information pertaining on sales reports, quality reports, purchasing reports in order to assess trends and address specific areas for opportunities for improvement.

Role Description The Patient Services Director (PSD) serves as the primary advocate and point of contact for dialysis and transplant patients, providers, and stakeholders throughout the ESRD Network region. This highly visible leadership role oversees patient grievance and complaint resolution, patient engagement initiatives, emergency preparedness activities, and behavioral health improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with CMS and ESRD Network requirements. This position is budgeted for 32 hours per week - benefits eligible. The pay range is adjusted for the .80 FTE. The PSD collaborates closely with patients, dialysis providers, transplant centers, state survey agencies, professional organizations, and community partners to improve patient experiences and outcomes across the kidney care continuum. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for patient grievances, complaints, access-to-care concerns, facility concerns, and requests for technical assistance. - Lead and manage case review activities, ensuring compliance with CMS and ESRD Network requirements. - Track, analyze, and report case review data while monitoring provider responses to recommendations and corrective actions. - Collaborate with the Medical Review Board (MRB) and Quality Improvement Director (QID) on clinical aspects of case review and quality improvement initiatives. - Direct all patient engagement activities, including: - Patient Advisory Council (PAC) - Facility-level Patient Subject Matter Experts (PSMEs) - Patient participation in coalitions and quality improvement activities - Lead all emergency preparedness and response activities for the ESRD Network region. - Serve as liaison to dialysis providers, transplant programs, state survey agencies, patient organizations, and professional associations. - Manage outreach, education, technical assistance, and stakeholder engagement activities. - Oversee all activities focused on improving behavioral health outcomes for dialysis patients. - Collect, analyze, and report data to support quality improvement, patient engagement, and outreach initiatives. - Develop and deliver education based on identified trends and patient needs. - Responsible for improving depression treatment rates Network-wide. Role Description Turner & Townsend are looking for an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key hyperscale client. This individual will ensure the successful management of both internal and external stakeholders and the delivery of cost management services on a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program. This role supports major data center developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region, contributing to a growing portfolio of complex campus projects. The role can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DFW area, and will require travel to project sites and/or the Turner & Townsend office. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
