Role Description As the Vice President of Institutional Relations, you’ll be a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, enrollment, and market expansion across a defined territory by managing a team of salespeople RD (Regional Directors). Role Description The Senior Global Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes, tools, and information systems to support the global teams. This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards of reporting, system enhancements, training resources, and standard operating procedures among other administrative duties. What You'll Do: - Advance Quality of Academic Operations - Lead the review and continuous improvement of policies and procedures related to key academic services, including but not limited to academic accommodations, Low GPA review. - Serve as tactical lead for administration of CEA CAPA’s study center-delivered academics, including: - Overseeing maintenance of syllabi, to ensure SOR syllabi are reviewed on a routine basis - Ensure term syllabi remain consistent for the location(s) in which they are taught, within established parameters - Oversee end-to-end processes for course evaluations, including: - Identifying goals for strategic assessment and improvement on site-specific, regional, or global level; - Continuous improvement of response rates and administration, with the support of Academic Services Administrator(s); - Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods to codify the review of evaluation results; - Implement other assessment methods in consultation with the Dean of Global Programs & Academic Administration - Ensure timely delivery and accurate delivery of key items required for School of Record (SoR) compliance: - Program reviews - Interim and annual reports - Course and faculty approvals - New site approvals - Communications - Create and execute communications plan for providing internal and external updates related to CEA CAPA Academics, in close partnership with the Dean of Global Programs & Academic Administration - Support creation of trainings on AA accountability areas - Oversee routine communications with onsite Academic leadership community - Review and update internal and external written academic materials - Leadership - Provide strategic oversight and refinement of CEA CAPA Scholarship program - Oversee and support trainings with internal stakeholders regarding new and existing academic policies and procedures - Serve as subject matter expert on School of Record policies and procedures - Synthetize disparate information and updates into clear and actionable guides - Conduct research and run reports to identify and advance strategic priorities for the Academic Affairs team Salary: $80,000–85,000 USDThe salary listed is in USD and will be adjusted for candidates working in other countries according to local market benchmarks, cost of labor, and currency valuation.
