• Driving a comprehensive transformation of the accounting function through automation, reshaping processes to significantly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the speed of financial reporting while materially reducing manual workload across the team. • Overseeing all aspects of global accounting, from financial management to internal controls, driving continuous enhancement. • Spearheading initiatives to boost operational efficiency, focusing on workflow design and process optimization. • Developing and empowering the accounting team, aligning resources with business needs and fostering a culture of excellence and growth. • Driving a culture of continuous improvement within financial processes and systems to maximize efficiency and data accuracy. • Establishing standardized operating procedures and managing critical system integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, Deel, Payhawk) for seamless data flow. • Ensuring the ERP system's adherence to all regional statutory and regulatory requirements through meticulous configuration and localization.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting and/or audit with a strong passion for process improvement.
  • 2+ years of experience with NetSuite or other Oracle ERP products.
  • Experience in an international environment working with a group of companies, overseeing work performed by local business partners and/or service providers in different jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and requirements, including major areas of accounting (GL/AR/AP), fixed assets, consolidation, period close processes, and financial reporting, IFRS.
  • Prior experience in SaaS.
  • Ability to solve operational issues independently.
  • Experience with the cloud ERP system NetSuite (considered an advantage).
  • A proactive personality with a strong drive for continuous improvement and personal accountability.
  • A big plus if you have a professional qualification: ACCA, AAT, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or other.
  • Fluency in English.
