Role Description The Senior Operations Analyst centralizes performance tracking, executive reporting, partner readouts, and financial modeling — enabling the team to move from reactive to proactive. This role directly shapes how DeepIntent manages and grows its partner relationships. The role also serves as the critical bridge between Business Development and Business Intelligence, ensuring that reporting infrastructure and data sources reflect how the partnerships team actually operates. In parallel, the analyst will develop financial models that support senior leadership in partner analysis, contract and pricing strategy, and long-term planning. What You'll Do - Reporting & Analytics Infrastructure - Build and deliver standardized Business Development analytics for the Data and Platform Partnerships team, including key performance indicator tracking, performance readouts, and strategic partnership inputs. - Partner with Business Intelligence to source data and build role-specific dashboards in Looker and other business intelligence tools. - Train internal users and departments on business intelligence tools and self-serve reporting capabilities. - Develop and maintain reporting tools that inform performance, contracting, pricing strategy, and future growth opportunities. - Financial Modeling & Strategic Planning - Build and maintain financial models to support the Senior Vice President in partner analysis, commercial decision-making, and long-term strategic planning. - Provide quantitative inputs to inform pre- and post-deal partnership assessments. - Partner with Finance to capture utilization reporting and financial performance across all partnerships. - Own revenue forecasting and benchmarking across the partnership portfolio. - Executive & Board Reporting - Partner with the Senior Vice President to deliver Board of Directors reporting and other executive deliverables. - Develop and maintain the reporting cadence for senior leadership, ensuring timely, accurate, and decision-ready outputs. - Partner Performance & Operations - Work with the Senior Vice President and Director of Data and Platform Partnerships to monitor partner performance and surface risks and opportunities. - Develop proactive performance flags to support timely decision-making across the team. - Support the team in preparing for quarterly business reviews, partner status calls, and strategic reviews with data-driven analysis. - Inform partnership renewal and growth decisions with data across the Data and Platform Partnerships portfolio. - Track and report against contractual commitments across the full partnership portfolio. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, finance, or a related field — ideally within advertising technology, health technology, or data partnerships. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling; experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar, along with artificial intelligence tools. - Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL). - Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives. - Experience supporting senior leadership with reporting, board materials, or strategic planning deliverables. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative by nature — able to work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Intelligence, and Business Development teams. - Proactive mindset — you identify gaps and build solutions without waiting to be asked. Role Description Employees are responsible for triaging, investigating, and resolving potential instances of healthcare fraud and/or abusive conduct by medical professionals or providers.
