PETA

• Assist Laboratory Investigations Department staff members with administrative tasks • Assist with all divisions within the Department, as needed • Coordinate projects with other departments, including production, finance, and media tasks • Manage the Department's public info email inbox; Draft responses to various inquiries about animal testing • Schedule meetings and prepare ledgers • Represent the Laboratory Investigations Department to the public • Perform online research projects in support of department staff • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of college coursework
  • Two years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including CoPilot
  • Working knowledge of animal liberation issues and PETA campaigns
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
