Qualifications - Strong commercial experience in AI, machine learning, computer vision, or algorithm development roles. - Strong Python development skills with experience building production-grade software solutions. - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and model development. - Strong understanding of computational geometry concepts and practical implementations. - Experience working with medical imaging technologies and healthcare datasets. - Practical experience processing and analyzing CT, MRI, echocardiography, or similar medical imaging modalities. - Strong experience with 3D data processing, segmentation, reconstruction, and mesh handling. - Experience optimizing and validating algorithms for accuracy, robustness, and performance. - Hands-on experience with PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy, VTK, or similar scientific computing and visualization libraries. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working within Agile software development environments. - Strong attention to quality, reliability, and scientific rigor. - Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
