Role Description We are looking for a Senior AI Algorithm Developer to join a project delivered for our international client operating in the medical technology and healthcare domain. The client is focused on developing advanced cardiac imaging solutions that support clinical decision-making through innovative AI-powered software and medical imaging technologies. This role is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge medical imaging platforms, contributing to the development of AI algorithms used in cardiac analysis, visualization, and measurement workflows. You will be involved in the design, implementation, optimization, and validation of advanced algorithms supporting 3D image processing, deep learning, and computational modeling in a highly specialized healthcare environment. The project combines artificial intelligence, medical imaging, computational geometry, and software engineering within a multidisciplinary team consisting of product specialists, engineers, clinical experts, and regulatory stakeholders. Title: Senior Software Engineer (Fixed Term) Location: Remote (United States) Department: Dept - Product Job Description: About the role We’re looking for a senior, product-minded full-stack Software Engineer to lead development of a digital experience that facilitates the delivery of subsidized, high quality home upgrades at scale. This requires the management of a workflow, collection of program data, and interfaces for the household, contractor, customer support rep, and program manager. The first launch of the platform will be in service of ~500 heat pump, heat pump water heater, and battery installations in a major metro area by the end of 2026. This project is greenlit by a large utility and will be paid for by a hyperscaler. This fixed term role is to be one of two primary engineers on the project, owning the build from concept to production to post-launch iteration. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the VP of Product & Strategic Growth (also the PM) and partnering closely with design while translating real customer needs into a simple, scalable experience. This 6-month, fixed term position will be a strong fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys building from the ground up in a small, focused team.
