• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social platforms, maintaining their brand tone and voice. • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and increase engagement. • Help maintain safe, respectful online communities aligned with clients' guidelines. • Identify and escalate issues, trends, or insights to the internal team as needed. • Develop a strong understanding of client brands: strategy, tone, and target audience.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French, with strong cultural sensitivity.
- Experience managing social platforms, particularly moderation and community interaction.
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone to different audiences.
- Familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Facebook) — a personal account may be required depending on client needs.
- Comfortable engaging on a variety of topics (technology, retail, food, hospitality, travel, healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and customer-service orientation.
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
