Social Media, Content Marketing Manager

Paired

• Manage and coordinate the social media content pipeline from planning to publication • Oversee YouTube content production and ensure videos are delivered on schedule • Coordinate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and other team members throughout the production process • Review videos before publication and provide feedback to editors • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments when needed • Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth • Work closely with the team to improve video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and overall content strategy • Assist with basic copywriting for social media posts, YouTube descriptions, community posts, and promotional content • Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms****

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content production workflows
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and social media ecosystems
  • Experience coordinating creative teams, freelancers, or content creators
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
