Veterinary Nurse, Field Service
IDEXX
• Work closely with other field representatives and internal teams • Develop strategies for optimal customer care and for expanding the customer base • Deliver training sessions at veterinary practices • Install IDEXX analyzers and train the practice team in their use • Provide on-site support for urgent customer calls • Document all customer visits and interactions
Job Requirements
- Ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of personalities and to develop stable customer relationships
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when dealing with customers, management and colleagues
- Highly organized with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Active listening skills to identify customer needs and adapt your approach accordingly
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and tablets; knowledge of computer networking is a plus
- Valid driving license (Class B) required
- Professional experience as a TFA (veterinary nurse) or veterinarian is an advantage
- Good presentation skills are an advantage
