• Own End-to-End Consumer Experience Design • Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interfaces across the consumer app • Improve activation, first-purchase conversion, and repeat-purchase behavior • Lead design from discovery through launch and iteration • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive reviews • Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable design solutions and hypotheses • Contribute to a Unified Design System • Create and refine components, interaction patterns, and visual guidelines across mobile and web • Ensure consistency across consumer, creator, business, and partner surfaces • Partner with Brand to maintain visual and identity cohesion • Apply best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance • Support Cross-Platform Experiences (Mobile + Web) • Adapt mobile-first patterns into scalable, performant web experiences • Design cohesive cross-platform flows across mobile, web, and business tools • Support partner surfaces and cross-platform behaviors • Ensure clarity and usability across devices and form factors • Improve Business and Creator Tools • Design intuitive flows for business owners managing cashback, budgets, analytics, and promotions • Simplify complex data into clear, actionable dashboards • Create smooth posting flows, templates, and creator tools that increase content quality and output • Balance power and simplicity in tools built for non-technical users • Collaborate Cross-Functionally • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to define problems and ship solutions • Participate in roadmap planning, design reviews, and critiques • Communicate design decisions clearly and influence outcomes through strong storytelling

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Proven experience designing and shipping consumer mobile apps at scale
  • Mastery of mobile UX, information architecture, interaction design, and user research
  • Strong experience contributing to or building design systems
  • Excellence in visual design craft and prototyping
  • Ability to drive 0→1 product work and iterate quickly
  • Experience with social, content, marketplace, rewards, or fintech products (a plus)
  • Comfort working closely with engineering and data science partners
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and shipped products.
