More Growth Marketing Jobs
• You translate D2C strategy into concrete creator goals by market and category — so specific that the Influencer Marketing team can work with them directly. • You dive deep into performance: which creators are growing, which markets are underperforming relative to their potential, and which categories are under‑activated. You know the answers and what follows from them. • You keep the strategic cadence running: reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, sessions with top creators, and alignments with international markets. Each moment leads to decisions, not status updates. • You spot risks early: dependency on individual creators, an imbalanced category mix, or markets that are drifting. You flag issues and take action. • You help build our creator platform: tools, frameworks, and reporting that bring our team and creators to a state‑of‑the‑art level.
• Part of the D2C team and taking a key role in Creator Marketing, which accounts for almost 50% of D2C revenue. • Analyze what works and what doesn’t: identify markets, categories and risks. • Translate D2C growth targets into concrete plans that are clear enough for operational teams. • Work at the intersection of Creator Marketing and the D2C team: briefing, challenging, and delivering data. • Establish rhythms, frameworks and reporting that currently do not exist. Build rather than just maintain. • Report to the VP D2C and collaborate closely with the General Manager ESN and other C-level stakeholders.
