Visual Merchandising Manager, Field
Costco Wholesale
• Drive consistent execution of brand visual standards across all store locations • Ensure stores are aligned to floor sets, outfitting tables, mannequin styling, and window presentations • Maintain high standards for folding, size runs, and fixture organization • Reinforce head-to-toe outfitting strategies to drive multiple unit sales • Ensure product is presented in coordinated outfits for simplified shopping • Conduct regular store visits, visual audits, and walkthroughs • Act as the primary field contact for visual merchandising support • Support and oversee seasonal floor sets and visual refreshes • Collaborate with Store Operations and Corporate teams
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in children’s or value-driven retail
- Strong experience executing high-volume floor sets, folding standards, and promotional updates
- Proven ability to coach and influence store teams in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently across store locations
