• Day-to-day monitoring of cloud / on-prem resources • Incident management including escalation • Routine operations of Azure Virtual Desktop • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and support Azure resources • Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate incidents related to Azure services • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies • Conduct regular security assessments and Implement patches & vulnerability mitigation • Optimize Azure resource usage to minimize costs • Maintain detailed documentation of Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures • Provide telephony support to the US based users • Provide training and guidance to other team members on Azure best practices
Job Requirements
- 6+ Years experience in IT Operations
- Good Knowledge of Azure Cloud Environment
- AZ-900 and AZ-140 Certified
- In-depth Knowledge of Resource Monitoring, escalation & Incident Management
- Good Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong skills in scripting languages like KQL, PowerShell
