Your Opportunity, Your Team - Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Strategist, the Paid Media Strategist is responsible for supporting the paid and organic media strategy for QVC and HSN brands on TikTok, with a focus on driving revenue and customer growth across TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE. This role will partner closely with our creative, merchandising, live production, and marketing operations teams to optimize campaigns, test new ideas, and identify opportunities to grow acquisition, traffic, and revenue on TikTok. You'll also collaborate with our media agency, platform partners, and other third-party vendors to plan and execute paid media campaigns and content strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to shape a fast-growing channel on TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE while operating at the intersection of content, commerce, and community. Where You'll Work - This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Studio Park headquarters in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). What You'll Do - Support the paid media strategy and execution of our TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE initiatives, optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights. - Drive revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition across QVC and HSN on TikTok Shop. - Support promotional campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion for the TikTok LIVE program. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and ad agencies to align on strategy, planning and execution. - Own creative briefing and development for paid and organic content, ensuring brand guidelines and best practices are met. - Explore new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition, LIVE traffic, and revenue growth. - Develop and implement targeting and segmentation strategies with a test and learn mindset. - Develop KPI benchmarks and analyze campaign performance to support marketing objectives such as ROI, revenue and LIVE views. - Manage content calendar for organic social in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. - Identify and support process improvements for daily tasks and ongoing workstreams. - Share best practices and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members as needed.
