Role Description This is your way into performance creative. As a Junior Creative Strategist, you're the engine room of the pod: - Dig into the research. - Draft the scripts and briefs. - Learn the exact system to turn raw insights into scroll-stopping ads. You won't be thrown into the deep end alone. You'll work directly under your Pod Lead or Sr Creative Strategist, who'll train you on our full methodology: - Reverse-engineering a product's root-cause problem. - Building buyer personas. - Mapping awareness levels. - Assigning the right format and angle. Your job is to execute that system at a high level, learn fast, and prove you can own more. The mission: master the craft of building ads that scale brands, and earn your runway to a full Creative Strategist role where you own your own clients end-to-end. Qualifications - Hungry, sharp, and obsessed with getting better, fast. - Ability to write clean, punchy scripts or briefs from messy research docs. - Curious about why ads work, not just what looks good. - Comfortable doing deep, unglamorous work: digging through reviews, dissecting competitor ads, mining customer language, studying winning trends. - Ability to take direction well, but also bring your own ideas to the table. - Bonus if you've touched DTC/eCommerce, short-form video, or any kind of paid social. - Comfortable working in an AI-augmented workflow. Requirements - Strong written English and direct-response instincts. - Genuine interest in DTC / Meta Ads / performance marketing (Ecommerce, info, SaaS, or Apps). - Sharp research skills and the patience to do it thoroughly. - Ability to balance creative ideas with a performance-driven mindset. - Highly coachable, open-minded, and fast to act on feedback. - Organized and reliable with deadlines in a fast-moving remote team. Key Responsibilities - Research the market: study audiences, competitors, ad accounts, and products. - Draft video ad briefs and scripts under the guidance of your Senior CS. - Develop and pressure-test creative angles. - Support the Creative Strategy Plan with research and ideas. - Collaborate with Creator Managers & Video Editors. - Learn to read ad performance and analyze Ads Manager metrics. - Hit production targets: deliver your assigned volume of scripts and briefs on time. - Track your time to build awareness of task durations. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Hit your assigned volume of scripts and briefs per week/cycle. - Keep reshoots & errors under 5%. - Strong adherence to project timelines and production deadlines. - Deliver thorough, structured, and genuinely usable research. - Hit training milestones on the way to independently owning the research-to-brief workflow.
