Role Description The Staffing Solutions Manager leads and oversees the daily operations of the staffing specialist team within the company’s per diem and homecare staffing solutions. This role ensures that client facilities/programs are consistently staffed with qualified healthcare professionals, while balancing efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. The Manager serves as the key point of contact between staffing specialists, sourcing teams, healthcare professionals, and client facilities to ensure seamless scheduling and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, account management, or healthcare staffing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility. - Proven ability to drive fulfillment, achieve financial objectives, and support growth in a healthcare staffing environment (homecare, per diem, or similar settings preferred). - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong clinician, client and stakeholder relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to react quickly in critical situations. - Ability to manage competing demands and fluctuating priorities with a positive, solutions-focused approach. - Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and credentialing standards (PACE and CMS experience a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and staffing/ATS systems; bilingual skills preferred. - High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
