• Leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects • Overseeing projects from initiation through completion • Tracking project financials, maintaining milestone schedules, and providing regular status updates • Developing risk management plans and ensuring compliance with project policies • Preparing accurate project documentation for all phases of construction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
- Travel Requirements: This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.

Role Description Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets. - Work with leaders to understand high level strategies and future department plans and communicate and report metrics to senior leadership regarding status of projects. - Project manage all ISC cost improvement and efficiency initiatives and lead cross functional teams working towards operational goals. - Partner with IT and other functions to establish project goals around the business to execute overall ISC cost improvement plans. - Identify gaps and other opportunities within the business for improvement by working with ISC stakeholders and utilizing continuous improvement process strategies. - Drive product and process quality by reducing costs, improving lead times, and improving on-time delivery through well-thought-out and driven product strategies. - Interpret data and analyze results from business systems in order to consistently meet timelines and provide status updates to key stakeholders. - Lead identified cost improvement and efficiency issues and cost improvement initiatives on multi-disciplinary team to quickly implement resolutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in integrated supply chain, operations, or related field required. - P2-2 or more years of experience required / P3- 4 or more years of experience required. - SAP preferred. - Continuous improvement experience preferred.
