Senior Project Manager, Construction

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects • Overseeing projects from initiation through completion • Tracking project financials, maintaining milestone schedules, and providing regular status updates • Developing risk management plans and ensuring compliance with project policies • Preparing accurate project documentation for all phases of construction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
  • 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
  • Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
  • Travel Requirements: This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in integrated supply chain, operations, or related field required. - P2-2 or more years of experience required / P3- 4 or more years of experience required. - SAP preferred. - Continuous improvement experience preferred.
