• Independently leads client strategy and service for complex WPGC clients • Prepares for and facilitates strategy meetings • Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis • Consults with the Placement team to optimize overall placement strategies • Reviews, finalizes, and facilitates proposal meetings • Leads stewardship planning and delivery • Oversees confirmation of coverage, policies, and endorsements • Sets up and maintains account details, contacts, and policy information • Summarizes current policies and expiring exposures • Drafts proposals and finance contracts • Reviews carrier invoices, coordinates appraisals and inspections, processes cancellations

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty
  • Must hold state Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong functional knowledge of MS Office products, Word and Excel
  • Skilled in agency management systems and Carrier sites
  • Knowledge of High Net Worth or loss sensitive program design and coverage forms
  • Ability to deliver value added services including claims review and stewardship reports
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to assess complex problems and apply innovative solutions
