• Prototype and launch AI powered marketing workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and speed. • Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using tools such as Retool, Bubble, Make, Zapier, Vercel, or lightweight scripts without requiring engineering support. • Automate repetitive workflows using AI agents and no code tools. • Develop positioning and messaging that make complex AI concepts understandable, approachable, and outcome focused. • Partner closely with product and engineering to launch new AI capabilities. • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build growth infrastructure and enable faster scaling. • Create compelling, AI informed content across web, email, product, and sales assets. • Build relationships with AI communities, partners, and influencers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI enabled technology.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, autonomous agents, and custom GPTs to accelerate marketing workflows and improve performance.
- Proven track record designing and executing data driven, experiment led growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
- Experience running tests, optimizing funnels, and working with tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or Mixpanel.
- United States citizenship is required.

Role Description The Customer Marketing Director will lead customer-focused marketing strategies to drive adoption, retention, growth, revenue expansion, and customer lifetime value across Direct Travel's client base. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional program execution, data-driven segmentation, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen client relationships. - Develop and own the customer marketing strategy aligned to corporate goals (adoption, retention, expansion, upsell/cross-sell, NPS). - Build and execute segmented, lifecycle-based marketing programs (onboarding, adoption, renewal, churn reduction, advocacy). - Lead personalized, multi-channel review sourcing campaigns targeted to client segments and buyer personas. - Partner and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Revenue Operations and Analytics to create coordinated plans and ensure consistent messaging and timing. - Develop and scale customer advocacy and reference programs (testimonials, referrals, case studies, awards). - Define KPIs (retention rate, expansion revenue, churn, engagement metrics) and deliver regular performance reporting to leadership.
