• Own the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across net-new acquisition, expansion, and retention • Develop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulates business value and gives Visier a competitive edge • Act as the voice of the buyer, distilling customer insights and market signals into actionable guidance for product, sales, and marketing • Lead product and feature launches with measurable impact on awareness, pipeline, and adoption • Enable the sales team with compelling narratives, tools, and training that improve conversion, influence deal outcomes, and shorten sales cycles • Drive the messaging and targeting strategy to fuel high-performing campaigns in partnership with our marketing team • Optimize and measure GTM performance, using sales feedback, customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and usage trends • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strategy alignment and unified execution
• Own and control the sales process for Visier’s flagship enterprise product within a new prospect territory. • Develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities across different verticals within a defined territory. • Effectively research prospects, address financial and budgetary blockers, and offer creative solutions. • Apply enterprise sales skills to navigate complex buying processes and drive deals forward. • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the sales process to contribute to a high-performance sales team.

• Negotiating, formulating, and executing on growth-impacting deals of varying complexity, including with some of the largest customer and partner organizations around the world • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Privacy, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Governance, Risk and Compliance, to harmonize risk tolerance, manage compliance expectations, and set a pro-growth directive bound by appropriate safeguards • Serve in an expert role in relation to Visier’s customer contract negotiations and expanding vendor and partner portfolio through various initiatives targeted at optimizing and accelerating Visier’s growth • Support research and product expansion initiatives • Counsel on general corporate business matters, including employment relations across Visier’s global workforce • Assist in Visier’s global expansion efforts, as Visier looks to move beyond its core North American operations • Operate with relative autonomy as a trusted partner and advisor
