• Build automated volume forecasting from operational datasets • Design staffing logic supporting shared associates • Enable dynamic queue balancing across workloads • Connect forecasting to full Crescendo IT stack • Implement forecasting outputs integrating with HR and finance

Job Requirements

  • Direct Workforce Management experience
  • Experience with WFM systems
  • Familiarity with NICE, Verint, Genesys, Calabrio, or Aspect
  • Writing code using AI developer tools
  • Prototyping forecasting workflows
  • Strong technical product management background
