Role Description As a Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. Requirements - Hands-on experience as a SAP BASIS consultant, having built and run SAP environments at on-premises and cloud environments. - Work with SAP and implementation partners to understand the latest technical solutions and deploy fit-for-purpose solutions that are scalable and meet performance requirements. - Define and deliver ERP technical requirements and ensure these are scoped appropriately within projects. - Strong networking knowledge to manage SAP environments in DMZ using internal and external resources. - Stay abreast of the latest industry and technology trends to ensure clients take advantage of the latest innovations. - Responsible for ensuring solutions are built, tested, and cut over into production environments. - Provide IT support for delivered solutions and ensure the right solution is deployed at customer SAP estate. - Manage a team of hands-on technical resources that deliver and support solutions. - Implement strong governance processes to maintain the integrity of the solution, minimizing customizations. - Manage budgets and drive value out of software and services contracts. - Deliver to agreed scope and ensure scope is controlled through effective programmed governance. - Associate with Business Solution Architects to promote standard, out-of-the-box solutions. - Ensure quality meets compliance requirements. - Strong technical hands-on SAP HANA implementation exposure with a strong hold on service operations. - Proven track record with 15+ years of experience delivering in a complex ERP environment. - Experience managing large technical teams in complex projects in a multinational environment. - Ability to influence and lead within a matrix business (IT/Business) to shape and deliver the business plan and roadmap.
