• Work with a team of engineers on client projects and on-going professional services engagements. • Design and implement a VMware solutions for clients. • Deliver VMware workshops for customers. • Lead customer engagements to identify and manage workload migrations. • Post implementation support and troubleshooting for clients on occasion. • Technical writing skills to author professional documentation for client review. • Authoring logical and physical diagrams using Microsoft Visio (or equivalent). • Ability to track and enter time spent into required systems on a timely basis. • Leading conversations and white boarding sessions in front of clients and/or peers.

• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process • Help support and implement frameworks for our test infrastructure • Contribute toward predictable delivery of quality releases • Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation • Produce high quality code resulting from knowledge of automated testing and Microsoft technologies and frameworks • Create solid test plans, templates, and strategies for both automation and manual testing • Setup/deploy changes for specific stories and perform end-to-end testing • Assist in troubleshooting deployment-level issues involving windows services • Offer code-level feedback on bugs found during testing • Develop integration test cases based on the story content • Collaborate with developers and build out acceptance criteria for stories • Produce detailed technical documentation outlining the testing activity and infrastructure • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be highly productive • Learn new technologies and develop tools to remain abreast of current testing and development technologies • Take on what’s needed to help the department and the company meet objectives

• Build customer-facing self-serve products from the ground up using a combination of custom frontends, Cloud applications, backend services, and scripts, etc. • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, sales operations, finance and other GTM teams to implement growth initiatives. • Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, retention, and/or engagement. • Drive engineering discussions and write thoughtful documentation and unit tests. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
