• Own and execute the critical operational processes that power our platform, in the areas of public and private market investments (e.g. buy/sell trades, reconciliation, corporate actions, capital calls, NAV updates), customer onboarding and risk assessment, account management, and money transfers. • Collaborate with our Operations, Member Success, Product, Compliance and Engineering teams to: • Anticipate future business needs; • Brainstorm workflows and edge cases to operationalize new products; and • Enhance key processes while considering implications such as cost, implementation complexity, regulatory compliance and other relevant risks. • Coordinate the efforts of internal and external partners to investigate operational issues and implement preventive measures. • Create data reporting workflows to track key operational metrics and manage regulatory reporting obligations.
Job Requirements
- 3-4+ years of business operations experience in financial services, ideally in the investments space handling a mix of asset classes.
- Have experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with appropriate controls.
- Technical problem-solving skills: Enjoy diving into root causes and breaking down complex problems
- You thrive in a startup-like environment where not everything is black and white. You are comfortable adapting to evolving priorities, navigating ambiguous and complex problem spaces, running experiments, and staying optimistic through change.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Proficiency with SQL, Excel and setting up AI workflows.
