Agent Support Representative

• Be the go-to support for our field agents • Respond to requests, answer operational questions, and help our sales representatives stay focused on serving families and closing plans. • Keep critical information accurate and organized • Maintain leads, records, and key data within our CRM so agents and teams have the reliable information they need to succeed. • Solve problems in real time • Troubleshoot issues quickly and thoughtfully, ensuring agents receive timely solutions that keep their work moving forward. • Collaborate across teams • Partner with inside sales, operations, and other departments to coordinate special requests and deliver seamless support. • Create a great service experience • Communicate clearly across phone, email, and chat while building trust with colleagues who rely on your responsiveness and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • High level of customer service. You enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and ensuring others have what they need to succeed.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role. An undergraduate degree may substitute for experience.
  • Strong communication skills. You speak and write clearly, listen carefully, and approach conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organizational discipline. You can manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy even in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with workplace technology. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP, and Salesforce
  • A collaborative mindset. You work well with direction from multiple teammates and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
