• Develop and execute the APAC growth strategy • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across target industries, geographies, and customer segments • Own regional commercial performance, including new business acquisition, customer expansion, retention, and overall revenue growth • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing leaders • Expand Cyara’s presence within the regional partner ecosystem • Lead and develop a high performing regional organization spanning Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Strategic Alliances • Provide market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and regional perspectives
Job Requirements
- 7 or more years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies
- Significant experience leading multi-country go-to-market teams across Asia Pacific.
- Proven experience scaling recurring revenue businesses and delivering sustained commercial growth.
- Strong executive relationship management skills with enterprise and Global 2000 customers.
- Familiarity with customer experience, contact center technologies, conversational AI, testing, DevOps, or adjacent enterprise software markets is preferred.

Acting as a bridge between product, commercial, marketing and delivery teams, this role ensures that global, regional and local strategies are effectively translated into strong local go-to-market execution. Role The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions designed to address dynamic market and client needs in the Brazilian payments industry. We are looking for a Specialist - Product Marketing to support the commercialization and scaling of Marketing Services through related products and solutions in Brazil, acting as a key bridge between product teams, commercial teams, and local stakeholders. The Product Marketing role is responsible for connecting the product to the market. This role ensures that the right customers understand the product's value, why it matters to them, and why it wins versus alternatives. Product Marketing translates product strategy into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that drives adoption, revenue, and customer success. This role will be responsible for driving go-to-market execution, shaping sales narratives, managing performance tracking, and ensuring operational excellence across commercialization initiatives, while proactively identifying opportunities for scalability and continuous improvement. Spanish is a plus.
